THREE PILLAR - I

Hi my dear readers. My mind could sense that everyone had received the blessing that I wanted to share. Continue to receive them as I move on swiftly. In my first blog I know many of you are aware off yourself something about of using natural medication. keep them treating yourself for them who has hypertension, it will be an uplifting and sooner you'll experience the changes in your life and no doubt very soon you'll start asking hony or darlng(whatsoever) who has created this garlic, lemon, gooseberry????
Many of us will be thinking, the more hospitals are erected the greater number of patients. Can we avoid the diseases? YES, WE Can. We should take the stand, start from your family. Did you get what I meant? Of course the children and not surprisingly when the bab is still inside the mothers womb. This episode I am going to share some thoughts that, how should we bring up our kids to adulthood free from major or chronic disease? Disease free means physically, mentally and spiritually strong(three pillars).
PREGNANT WOMAN:
Congrats... if you are pregnant. Here are some outlines to make your unborn healthy and happy in near features to come. Make sure you follow them. His healthy feature is in your hand too. You have a greater influence than your hobby. So, take up this challenge with much concern.
What are the things to FOLLOW :
Sit or lie down under the glorious natural gifted sun rays in morning hours(till 9a.m and preferably from 3p.m onwards)for some minutes. During that you can following up a light body movement (light exercise) include your deep breathing in and out. Drink quite a amount of pure water but not with or during meals(half an hour before and an hour after meals),have healthy balance diets, eat on time and avoid over eating, Keep your body always warm and wear comfortable dress, Be cheerful always, soft kind spoken, think positively read some religious book and also read books concerning about children and their health, listen to soft religious songs, avoid sitting and sleeping ideally keep busy with your domestic house work and also find some rest daily for your body. Maintain your routine check-up. Let your daily works, motives, acts etc be an acceptable to God.
What are the things to RESTRAIN:
Restrain from all sorts of mental aggressive like angriness, tension, irritable, hatred, jealous avoid negative thinking, avoid reading unnecessary story books or magazines, emotional movies etc. Abstain from strong stimulant like coffee, tea, coco contain, artificial fruit juice, strong medication, smoking, tobacco products, wine and strong drinks(God Himself told to Samson's mother before she was conceived read Judges 13:4"...drink not wine nor strong drinks, and eat not any unclean thing. "to know more about unclean things please go through Leviticus 11 and God told to E-lis-a-beth John's mother, see Luke 1:15 "For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drinks; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.") and non-veg dishes and hot capsicum, excessive intake of pickle ,large intake of sugar(provided with jaggery),table salt and avoid dirty, dusty, dump, noisy environment. Avoid constipation and avoid sex first 3 months and last month of pregnancy. Lastly seek Gods help and He will surely help you. To encourage you let me end up with this verse "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God."1 Corinthians 10:31.
